You will be a dynamic and creative Instructional Designer with exceptional collaboration and creative skills to bring the organisation on a transformative learning journey.

 

Based at our stunning Head Office on St Kilda Road overlooking Albert Park, this role will work full time in our office on a permanant basis. 

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the design, develop, review and evaluate a broad range of interactive and engaging learning and eLearning modules
  • Oversee our LMS and manage content, provide user friendly support and develop leaning pathways
  • Partner closely with a broad range of key stakeholders during and post implementation
  • Collaborate closely with SMEs across the business to create engaging and end user specific training
  • You will stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and eLearning

About you

  • Demonstrated track record of success in designing, developing, reviewing and evaluating learning material.
  • High level of written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Very organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, learning technologies (Articulate) and LMS platforms.
  • Displays a strong service delivery focus.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to a culture of excellence and continuous quality improvement.
  • Presents a positive attitude and an ongoing commitment to position responsibilities and organisational goals

What you'll need

  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
  • Update 2025 Flu Vaccination
  • Eligibility to work in Australia  
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in instructional design and employee engagement (experience in healthcare or aged care is highly advantageous).
