About the Role

We are looking for a cheery and motivated Reception/Administration Officer to be the first point of contact for our busy aged care reception. You will provide warm, high-quality customer service to ensure all guests, residents, and employees feel welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy switchboard and assist callers efficiently
  • Meet and greet guests, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Accept and process deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the foyer café
  • Support the Administration Officer in daily operations
  • Assist in minimising vacant shifts within the team
  • Support employee education and compliance tracking
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with TLC employees

What you’ll need

  • Certificate III in Administration (desirable)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) (desirable)
  • Aged Care experience (desirable)
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) 
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance) 
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
